I think part of it in accordance with the character of our nation, because there are still many who do not fully own character trustworthiness (trustworthy) as for example high-ranking State that much entangled in corruption cases, the lack of a sense of responsibility and compassion for example, as there are many criminal cases such as rape and murder done by irresponsible people.
